Content changes cover existing text, photos, hours, prices, staff, and service lists. New pages, redesigns, and new features are outside the included content-change scope. Complete content requests have a two-business-day target. Emergency outage support is available 7am–7pm Central, seven days a week. These are service targets, not guaranteed resolution times.
