FAQ

Questions about pricing, ownership, support and launch

These summaries explain the service in plain language. The signed agreement controls when its terms differ from website copy.

What is the difference between Model A and Model B?

Model B is a $999 one-time website build. Client-specific files transfer after payment, hosting moves to the client and future edits are quoted separately. Model A is $0 down and $99 per month with hosting, SSL, backups, routine maintenance and included content-change requests.

Do I own my domain name?

Yes. The domain should be registered in the client's name. Under Model A, the client also retains ownership of client-supplied content.

Can I buy out a Model A website?

Yes. The optional buyout is $999 while the subscription is current. The buyout transfers the final client-specific website deliverables, while the provider's reusable templates, component libraries, frameworks and tooling remain provider property.

What happens if I cancel Model A without buying out the site?

The subscription license ends and the website is taken offline. The client may request a copy of client-supplied content as described in the agreement.

Are content changes really unlimited under Model A?

The planned service includes unlimited requests to change existing material on existing pages, such as text, hours, phone numbers, prices, photos, staff and service lists. New pages, redesigns and new functionality are outside that definition.

How quickly are Model A content changes handled?

The target is two business days after a request is complete, meaning all copy, images and instructions needed to perform the change have been supplied. Response targets are goals rather than guaranteed service levels.

Is support available 24/7?

No. Emergency support is planned for 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. United States Central Time, seven days per week including public holidays, and emergencies are reported by phone. General email support has a two-business-day target for the first response.

What counts as a website emergency?

An emergency is a website that is offline, unreachable or materially non-functional, including a failed contact form, lost SSL or a defect blocking the primary contact method. Stale prices, wrong phone numbers, photo changes and ordinary broken links are content requests rather than emergencies.

How do I send photos and logo files?

The intake and client forms use an Uploadcare upload widget for large files. Uploadcare returns file links that are included with the Netlify form submission.

How does booking work?

The website embeds one Cal.com event type for scheduling a Zoom consultation.

Will my website rank number one on Google?

No ranking, traffic, lead, sale or revenue result can be guaranteed. The build includes a strong technical and on-page foundation, while rankings also depend on competition, reviews, links, business history and search-engine changes.

Are the template websites real client projects?

No. Northline Roofing, Stillpoint Massage and Belmont Auto Works are demonstration builds. Real client launches are listed separately only after they exist and portfolio use is approved.

Can the website include e-commerce, customer accounts or a custom CRM?

Those features are outside the focused small-business marketing-site scope. E-commerce, logins, custom booking engines, CRM development and complex integrations require a separate solution.

Does submitting a website form sign the agreement?

No. The forms collect intake and onboarding information. The final agreement must be reviewed and signed separately, and recurring billing must be authorized through the proper payment process.
